Project Viability Analysis:
Whatever you want to develop, however
unusual, we can prepare a comprehensive portfolio including a full
project viability assessment, 5 or 10 year projections plus a complete proposal for
finance if required. This service is offered for any location anywhere in
the world. The
final report is presented in a bound portfolio that contains not only a detailed
analysis of viability but also illustrates any reasonably identifiable risk and
potential problems from planning applications to future market variables.
These portfolios are fine tuned to suit the
client and can include a full timetable and project management program.

the latest technology we can trial almost any product . Our exhaustive and
complex methods will reveal the minutest detail and provide data on a level that
has never been achieved before. As a result we can supply information that could potentially reduce

We can help with almost any product, from
the initial idea to the finished article, including everything from seed
development and finance to packaging, marketing and product launch. Whether the
primary research needs to be laboratory based or out in the field, we can bring
a level of expertise that few other companies can come close to matching.
We have already accumulated an
extensive ground-base of knowledge that goes back 35yrs, knowledge that not only
encompasses the kind of experience levels that are essential in order to fully
understand the practical side industry and commerce but also includes data
gathered from advanced electronics and field trips to no less than 52 countries.
No other company in the industry can come close to this level of experience
across such a wide spectrum.
It would not be practical here to list the
advanced techniques used within our operations, neither would we wish to reveal
many of our methods but we can confidently state that whatever the task or
however unusual the project, if Diobas are your consultants you can be sure that
you have employed the very best. This is further illustrated by the fact that

Habitat and Fish
Behaviour.
Our underwater research into the habitat requirements
of a variety of freshwater species has an international reputation for
innovation and our knowledge of fish behaviour, particularly Carp, Perch, Pike and
Tench has opened up a whole new level of understanding. Maximising the health
and natural growth rates of freshwater fish has become one of our specialties
but further details are restricted to clients and
